Iâm currently doing the Grow a Booty Challenge 2022
I use a medium resistance band and 5 kg dumbbells for some of the workouts (like squats and RDLs).
I usually do 3 sets of 10 reps per exercise.
But Iâve noticed that I donât really feel much soreness afterward or my glutes donât burn that much during the workout.
Is that normal? Or could it mean Iâm doing something wrong maybe the resistance is too light, my formâs off, or Iâm not activating my glutes enough?
