Not really feeling my glutes

Hey everyone! 😊
I’m currently doing the Grow a Booty Challenge 2022
I use a medium resistance band and 5 kg dumbbells for some of the workouts (like squats and RDLs).
I usually do 3 sets of 10 reps per exercise.

But I’ve noticed that I don’t really feel much soreness afterward or my glutes don’t burn that much during the workout.
Is that normal? Or could it mean I’m doing something wrong maybe the resistance is too light, my form’s off, or I’m not activating my glutes enough?

Would love to hear your tips or experiences 🙏
How do you make sure you really feel your glutes working during this challenge? 🍑
