Not seeing results
Hi, I'm doing the 2019 2 weeks shred challenge it's day 6 for me, I just completed it and I'm just saying I'm kinda losing motivation because I'm not seeing any results, ya I can do exercises easier like I'm more stronger then before but like any changes in body,i dont see it, maybe I should keep going, maybe day 6 is too little, it's just that I'm losing motivation because of no results yet, idk if they would show up on day 14 or not, anywyas I eat normal, like I eat what my mom makes, I don't eat alot at lunch and breakfast, dinner is my biggest meal maybe around 500-800 kcal others probably vary in 200-300 kcal, I don't eat snacks or junk food, I raraley do that. Please tell me should I keep going or it ain't gonna be worth it?
BTW I have a occasion coming up so I'm doing it for that. (edited by moderator)
