Not seeing results because I don't have too much fat to lose

So I'm relatively skinny, about 90-100lbs (40-45k) but I'd still like to be more toned. I've been doing active cardio 3 times a week and I walk/jog an hour everyday as well as doing chloe's exercises. I'd mostly like to be more toned in my stomach area and have showing abs but I can only really see them if I flex and only the upper ones. Should I focus more on ab workouts or do I need to eat more protein to gain muscle better or... any tips?
