Hey, I've completed Chloe ting 2025 weightloss challenge like 2 or 3 weeks ago I'm currently on Chloe ting flat tummy challenge 2020 I find it burns more calories than that weightloss challenge in the Weightloss challenge 2k25 I usually burned 150 to 170 cal max everyday but in this challenge I burn in between 200 to 300 calories daily I think the old Chloe ting videos are more effective in the Weightloss challenge in loss 2cm in 30 days and now in this at challenge 1 week I lost 1cm of my belly
