So I sprained my ankle for the first time ever in January/Feburary-ish and it has healed since then. But I’ll sometimes get slight ankle pain during workouts or during my job which requires me to push a pedal with my foot all day. I don’t know if this pain is just because I’m putting too much strain on my ankles during workouts and my job or doing I’m doing some workouts wrong, or if it’s because my ankles getting irritated from the previous injury. And if it is because of that injury, should I still be wearing an ankle brace while doing workouts?
