Fitness Discussion

First, I want to say thank you to Chloe for her amazing site and videos, and to all of you posting your inspiring and motivational comments and pics. I'm new here and looking forward to starting my first challenge - just not sure which one to choose. I'm a healthy and active retired senior wondering if there are other seniors here and if so, what challenge you recommend as a starting point. Thanks!
