I've started with Chloe Ting in 2022 and after two challenges, one with 15 days and the other with almost 30 I've managed to lose 25kg, I was finally on my correct weight but I still have one issue, saggy breasts. This has always bothered me and I've decided to get a breast reduction surgery.
After having the surgery I couldn't really work out for 6 months, I didn't gain weight fast but after that time I struggled to go back to my routine, I managed to keep a good weight for two years but this year without working out and eating more I got back to where I was.
Going back to exercising seems more difficult now but I know that with discipline it's going to work and after the struggle I will get to my healthy weight =)
I hope you all there don't lose hope, start small, but start and keep on going, even when you don't feel like doing it, do something <3
