Too tired on a calorie deficit?

On calorie deficit but cannot follow my workout schedule
Before, I can finish my workout schedule (CT challenges) and didn't lose weight because I wasn't on calorie deficit. However, now that I am on calorie deficit. . . I lose weight, yes, but I can't finish my workouts anymore. (Even just the 10 mins CT video. ) I think I don't have enough energy to finish a workout as I get easily tired in the middle of it.

Just a background on my diet. As an Asian, I love eating rice but it's really high in calories so I replaced my rice to shirataki rice instead of the regular ones. After switching to shirataki rice, I easily cut 300+ calories from my total calorie intake per day. I also eat lots of fruits and vegetables (before I don't even eat any of that). Sometimes, I eat chicken/pork but lesser than how much I eat before. Still, my calorie deficit is at 300 as I only replaced my meat with vegetables/fruits. Plus I'm drinking more water than I did before.

I'm not sure where I am lacking. What should I do so I don't get easily tired? (edited by moderator)
