One Month Later…

One month ago today, I started my very first Chloe Ting program 🫶

I can’t say I’ve had a dramatic transformation yet, but I have changed in other ways. This month has been a mix of easy days, hard days, and learning that motivation comes and goes… but discipline is what keeps you showing up.

I’m still at the beginning of my journey, and I’m excited to see where the next few months take me.

So here’s a question for everyone:
If you could go back to your first workout, your first week, or your first challenge, what advice would you give yourself?

I’d love to hear your answers. Maybe they’ll help someone who’s just starting too 🩷

I would definitely say that it’s okay not to succeed at all workouts perfectly, to switch rest day if necessary and it’s okay to do a created alternative workout to the alternative workout 😂
