I need advice. I Started Cloetings workouts at home I did the 2024 Shred and Tone and I had amazing results, shortly after I finished that program I joined crossfit while trying to do extra workouts at the same time, mixing between different types of programs including ones from cloeting and Lately I've been getting injured very easily,Last week when I was in a squat with the weight of 43kg, My knee popped while I was at the bottem of that squat and I got a sharp pain that ran though my leg and it's not that my form is off, it's like my muscles aren't doing great and I don't know if it's overtraining and I need advice I wanted to start the 2024 Hour glass challenge but I'm scared I hurt myself.Earlier today I hurt whatever that muscle is between your elbow and your bicep the pain was running down my arm but after resting it for a few hours I have no pain whatsoever. I NEED ADVICE, I want to start the 2024 Hourglass tomorrow but is it a good idea? What should I do? Thank you in advance for any advice.
Huge Thanks to everyone who gave me advice on not over training. I finally listened(after today's painful workout, My arm pain started again and even worse this time) and I've decided to take a chill pill...Rest for the rest of the week🤣🤣and if I'm feeling 100% BETTER I go back Monday, but I want to ask advice since I've been over training, I do my crossfit class for an hour some days easier than others but I still want to do something extra on top of it(with enough rest days this time of course) What program will help me with that? I want to help increase my strength and lose weight and how often must I do extra workouts and how many Rest days from the xtras while I got crossfit everyday?
