My Pelvic bone when I'm doing crunches exercise It hurts me so much ... Is that cuz of workouts ?
I'm doing the workouts by the wrong way
. I don't mean crunches I mean the all exercises I did it wrong so that's why now I feel pain.. I am very afraid that the situation is dangerous. ..I think I will give up at the thought of losing weight and getting a beautiful body shape 🥲🥲 (edited by moderator)
