Whenever I do my workouts for the 2025 weight loss challenge, after workout . I feel a strong stretching sensation and some discomfort in my stomach muscles. It feels like they’re being pulled or stretched a lot. I don’t feel it when I’m sitting, but as soon as I move, walk, or change positions, I feel it strongly. Is this normal, or should I be concerned?
