Hi, whenever I do high impact cardio workouts (like the ones here, or any other hiit workout as well) my uterus hurts like hell. it's very similar to a period pain. I can't continue and have to rest for 5 minutes or so. I'm on a weight loss journey for 3 months, I did a lot of pilates everyday but my process is very slow so I wanted to try here. I'm on day one, it's been 10 minutes and I'm on the floor. anyone knows why? :/
p.S: my blood levels are fine and I have a very healthy diet. I get enough sleep and drink enough water (almost lol)
