Pain for 5 days

I'm 16 years old. I was doing the Chloe Ting 2025 Shred Program as usual, but later that day, I felt a sharp pain from my thigh down to below my knee. The next day, it felt okay, but when I tried doing some small jumps, the pain came back so I stopped exercising completely.
It's now day 5, and I still have the pain.
Should I stop working out until the pain goes away completely? Should I avoid exercises like squat jumps all the time ?
