I started this years weight loss program about a week ago, and the main problem so far are my hands. Whenever i do an arms and core workout, where most of the exercises are planks, after two-three minutes my hands get all red and my palms hurt and i have to stop the exercise, take a break, and then i try again after a few minutes, but i always do finish them. i guess it's probably because of my weight (~105kg) and it just puts too much pressure on my hands. is it okay if i use yoga blocks or maybe some sort of pillow?
and some exercises i cannot do, i really really can't, like theres no way, such as reverse plank or crab something, my hands just can't carry all my weight. is it okay if i just skip those for now and try them after i lose some kg, or should i keep trying?
