Hello everyone! I'm currently practicing according to Chloe's newest training program, and one day I did 2 abs exercises, and the next day the lower parts of my ribs started to hurt (maybe it's not them, I don't know anatomy well)
Will it go away? It only hurts when I touch them and do abs workouts (edited by moderator)
