Hey girls! So I’ve got a pear-shaped body — like, my upper half is all good, but the lower part? Thickkk. I’ve got juicy thighs and a big booty, and even when I wear oversized clothes, the pants still feel tight down there! I don’t even know anymore — am I just curvy or lowkey chunky from the waist down?
So here's the real question — do squats help slim down that area, or will they just make it thicker? Cuz I don’t wanna end up with super muscular thunder thighs, you know?
Also if anyone’s got tips on workouts to slim down thighs, hips, and booty — hit me up! I’m open to more suggestions!
