I started working out in june after long time and then i had my period a week earlier which i felt good becuase it's always been late. Then i went on vacation in july, ate more ( junk food also), didnt workout but swam a lot. The problem is my period is 20 days late and i am so stressful about it. I even saw some stain but blood just didnt come. Please anyone had his before ?
