Workout
So I have terrible cramps on my periods (I can't even lay down in peace and I usually end up in tears) and I've lost my periods multiple times due to various reasons, and due to all of this I don't work out for atleast 3-5 days on my periods. I've been doing Chloe ting's ab workouts for 2 months on YouTube, and I always skip the 3-5 days on my periods and try my best to work out every other day. I've been hesitant to start a program on this app because I'm not sure if it will align with this requirement of mine, so can anyone either recommend me a program or give me ideas as to what I should do ;-; (edited by moderator)
