I wanted to know if you can do Pilates routines next to Chloe's routines or is that something bad? I want to follow both at the same time but I'm afraid of not seeing results or that it will be bad to put everything together every day. What do you recommend I do? Also my goal is to lose weight and tone my body but not that much, and I have been eating well and healthy for a month now but I don't see so much results ;( Although I have lost 6 kilos and that makes me very happy and proud of my effort! ✨🩷
