Hello guys. I am on my 2nd challenge and that is the Pilates 2025.
It's been a month that I started the workout (first time of my life) but since 2 weeks I have noticed that my knee joints are in pain. If I take a rest day, it gets a bit better but when I do the pilates exercise, the knee joint pain resurfaces again. Is anyone else experienced this? Will it get better?
