Hi all,
I'm thinking of starting a 2 week long challenge instead of a month long cause commitment and discipline is hard and this way I won't lose motivation.
For those of you who have done both pilates and 2 weeks shred challenge, which one would you recommend has the most impact on your body?
Like which one gave you the most burn in your muscles, and made you go "oh i think i've gotten stronger"
