Hi everyone! I am really struggling with the low planks that require alternating leg lifts. I seriously cannot get my leg up for the life of me and I feel it more in my upper thighs than anything else. Does anyone have any recommendation on how to improve form or some easier variations? When I do it on my Knees, they end up looking more like strange donkey kicks. Idk anything will help LOL. Thank you!
