Workout
Hello everyone! Today I did the second day of the 2024 summer shred program, and it had two workouts of 10 minutes which focused on abs (the second one also on upper body). Many of the exercises in these two videos were planks and plank variations, and they were KILLING ME.
Do you have any advice? I tried doing some on my knees, but they felt a bit off. . . Also sometimes instead of the variation I would just end up doing a regular plank đ© because I fell when I tried to do the variation or I couldn't do it correctly.
I'm a beginner level, especially when it comes to abs. If you're also struggling or if you have any advice let me know đ«¶ thank you
