Since i have a huge problem with doing planks due to severe pain in my feet whenever i try, no matter what. . is it also okay to do any plank related things on my knees instead? and if so, is it normal that whenever i do the knne push ups or anything on my knees in such position; my kneecaps move around in my knee as soon as i lean forward/down, as if theyre gonna pop out any second. am i doing something wrong?
