I feel like I've been in a plateau lately. I'm trying to lose weight, I don't have a set amount to lose by a certain time but I feel like progress has really slowed since I first started (January). I feel so much stronger & recently upped my weights & bands, I don't weigh myself but I take progress photos & there's been no changes with them. I calculated my calories & I can eat 1600-1700. I've been trying less calories but it doesn't seem to help. Idk what I'm doing wrong >_< (if it matters, I'm 24F & 5'1)
Do yall have any advice or suggestions on what to do?
