I am plateauing. And I am doing the lean thigh high challenge plus the flat belly challenge both 2019, and walking 2 hours. My diet is very strict. And I my cm seem to be going up especially on the legs. So I am thinking, either just doing flat belly and walking or stopping exercise for some time. To reset my body or something.
Help please.
