Please guide me. This is my 5th day of working out and whenever I do booty workout I feel more pain in my thigh instead. Can someone please tell me why is it like that. (edited by moderator)

Most moves that work the glutes are also working other muscles, including muscles in your thighs. Depending on which of your muscles are stronger, or how you're doing the move, you may "feel" it more in some muscles than others. If you have specific moves that you're wanting to troubleshoot, let us know!

twist the hip bone forward, tighten your abs and buttock muscles, spread your legs shoulder-width apart, knees pointing to the sides. keep your back straight and start squatting, feel how deep you can sit feeling the tension in your buttocks. Squat down to this level, gradually you will be able to sit deeper. Make sure that the knees do not bend forward and do not extend beyond the feet. Hip muscle pain is normal, because when you train your buttocks, you train your hips too. The main thing is not to forget to strain the right muscles to feel that you are working on them too.

Hi! I am T ara and I am on my day 10 of the workout. that happened to me the first 2 days, and that’s completely normal it happens when you don’t workout for a while and just start working out, out of the blue without starting with the stretching videos instead so what ur muscles do at this moment, they get tight and when they get tight it causes pain but give it some time and ur body will get through this but please don’t pressure urself aswell it happens when u add over power to the workouts, be genetil and take care ml ❤️
