Fitness Discussion

It's my schedule of 2020 2 week shared... But I can't do the first workout video..  in place of that I tried 20 minutes of HIIT ( Chloe ting) .. and guess what I can do that easily... I don't know what is happening to me ... The workout video is in my schedule everyday but I can't do it....
