Programs
I have started doing the workouts, but don't have a clear sequence in terms of hardness. Even within the beginner friendly workouts, there are levels of hardness, has anyone done them and could give their honest opinion on which was the hardest to easiest? So far I have done these workouts in this sequence 1) 2024 Daily 20 Challenge 2)2020 Slim Thigh Challenge 3)2021 2 Weeks Shred Challenge 4)2021 Flat Stomach Challenge BUT IT TURNS OUT THE EASE FROM EASY TO HARD SHOULD HAVE BEEN THIS 1)2020 slim thigh challenge 2) 2024 Daily 20 challenge 3) 2021 flat stomach challenge 4) 2021 2 weeks shred challenge. Had I done it in the order from easy to hard, it would have been better for my body in terms of getting gradually stronger. I would think that what makes a program easier are the following things A) The minutes per day B) No. of breaks per weeks C) If 2 days breaks are together D)Low impact no plank, no burpees, no jumping, no equipment workouts. I would really request you to help me figure out the best easy to hard sequence based on your experience. Please list the programs you've finished and rank them from easy to hard to help, thank you
