Post workout bloating?

So I've noticed this since the first day I started this program but my stomach and lower abdomen seem to be bloating more which didn't happen before to this extent. My weight also increased on my scale almost 7 lbs over the past few days? I don't know how that works but is there any way I can reduce the bloating? ? Or does it go away on its own with consistency? 😣
