I'm 6 months after baby I gained so much weight n my depression hits me hard but due to 75 pound increase due to a very difficult bedrest and overeating due to boredom from severe bedrest due to pregnancy. I'm slowly gaining my mobility but now I can do light work out but can't seem to figure out which will help me with weak muscle to help lose weight without sagging skin but to worry about that I still need to figure out how to even lose t pounds dieting not helping and calorie counting for a mint just isn't working I was advice I need more exercise. But that's the thing my depression is making it hard I feel I hit rock button and can't get up from it I need help
