Completed my second challenge today and I'm so proud of myself. Had some bumpy roads and several extra breaks but I finished. Didn't really see physical change to my body. But when I tried on one of my old jeans, it fit. I feel like I gained some muscle. Still a little fatty around the arms but I see it coming along but at least the hourglass is showingđ¤ˇââď¸. Lost about 4 lbs since I last checked (2 weeks ago).
Diet still isn't looking too good. I've been eating less sooooooo that's a start. Surprised because I've been stressed out lately and my period is supposed to start soon.
I'm going create a workout schedule and keep exercising till spring sports start at my school. I'll share my schedule for anyone who wants to know or follow it. For those who are still pushing through, wish y'all luckâşď¸đ (edited by moderator)
