I have just completed my third, 2-week shred program. I'd like a recommendation for what I should do next. I enjoyed the 2 week time frame for these challenges since there is a nice variety to keep me from getting bored, as well as a good amount of muscle confusion between videos. So for something that has a longer schedule, I really would want it to have variety throughout the program. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks 🙏 (edited by moderator)
