Hi! i recently injured my knee. my issue is not knee-pain, where i can do low-impact versions instead - but that i have an open wound on my knee. it's healing & i'm dressing it daily. i can walk, albeit not 100% normally, but my doctor said to avoid workouts that use my knee
i was wondering if anyone knows of any upper-body programmes by chloe that could be suitable? even better if they can help with weight loss too, but i understand if not :)
