I’m 18, 5,4 currently weighing between 63kg and 68kg

hey everyone, I’m going to put myself up to a MASSIVE challenge, I am dedicated to complete ALL of Chloe tings workouts. I have completed a couple before and I’m currently on day 2 of another 2 weeks shred . I understand this will take a long time considering her 2018 challenge is 8 weeks long!! But I am dedicated and this will be a fun thing to achieve.
This is how I currently look TODAY. I have put on abit of weight as my exercising has been inconsistent an my diet has been chaotic. But today I am completely locking in.!

I have two ways of thinking of how I’m going to complete all these challenges; I’m either going to start with all the Shortest Duration challenges and make my way up to the longer ones OR I’m going to start at 2018 and make my way up the years (completing all the challenges in chronological order )

Here’s a few of my questions…!

!Does anyone know how I should pose when taking progress pictures, and how long I should wait until I take another progress picture and weigh myself?

!Is there a chance I could achieve a thigh gap if I’m slim enough, do I look like I have the bone structure for it?

!How is it possible to become more toner?

Let me know your opinions and if anyone has any tips !
