Programs
I'm thinking about starting 2025 pilates core, has anyone done it? What did you think? What was the results?
Also, I would love a good program that focuses mostly on core and upper body, not so much lunges and squats and stuff. Any good recommendations for a program that still has good results without leg workouts all the time?
P.s. I know it takes time for progress, just in a general sense. (edited by moderator)
