Workout
I’ve been walking over 12k steps almost every day and have completed two Chloe Ting workout programs (one fully) alongside intermittent fasting. So far. I’ve lost 19kg in 7 months.
Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit tired of home workouts and decided it’s time to take things to the gym. I recently got my gym membership, but I’m not sure what exercise to do and what not to do.
Could anyone recommend beginner-friendly weight training challenges or fitness creators to follow?
P.S. I’m pear-shaped, and my current goals are to tone fat into muscle, strengthen my core, reduce arm fat, and grow my glutes.
