I completed the summer shred 2024 and now I am currently on the 2 week shred 2019 (only 4 days remain. ) I didn’t lost much weight, maybe 3kg in total. I’m roundabout in a 300 calorie deficit daily. What mistakes am I making? Should I skip the protein shake after workout? Maybe it doesn’t make much sense to drink it if my main goal is to lose weight? Do you have any experience or knowledge about this topic? Do you also drink a protein shake after the workout?
