Hi Guys, i need help and advice!
Ive never been this fit my entire life. ive always been the fat kid. Even when i did 3 different sports, my competition weight was always the highest, 70+ or similar as a child.
In 2022 april I was 143 kgs, thats when I started to take care of myself, my first goal was that i could work easier in the garden so i started moving.
in 2023 jan i was 103kgs
In 2024 I was 86kgs
In 2025 i was 77kgs
Now im 65 and i dont remember being this fit ever.
And my brain doesnt comprehend either. I still feel fat, especially after eating something (even if i keep my deficit)
I still have to occassionally look at my old 2022 pants to see how far i came all natty just eating right and moving no substances (if you dont count 2025's protein powder and l-karnitin and creatine monohydrate)
And i wanna look good and womanly but my brain sabotages me. How long does it take for the brain to realise im better now? fitter? healthier? more womanly? how can i help this process?
How did you guys do it?
