I have a question please:  How is it that the 2020 Flat Tummy Challenge is listed as a 28 days 10-40 min/day program?   The minimum videos for it are 32 minutes and 31 seconds, without the "optional" segments.   How can this program be made to last only 10 minutes per day?   Is there something I am not seeing?  Thank you!
