So this may sound silly but I always try to stay away from the exercise variations and do the real thing instead, but I can't seem to ever do a side plank! I always have to do it on my knees after trying a few times and getting frustrated. Every time I try my feet either slide or my balance is terrible and I fall over. Any tips on how to effectively do a side plank?
