I’ve been looking through here, YouTube, and forums to try and find out which program is truly the butt-kicker (no pun intended!) These programs are supplemental to my weightlifting regiment. My goal is to burn off stubborn fat, jump start my metabolism by shocking my body, and gain back endurance for body weight exercises/ core training.
I came across the Chloe Ting challenges while looking up random before/after 30 day challenge results, and the few vids I saw were around 2019-2020 I believe. If that’s the one that went viral, do you think any of the more recent programs are as grueling/ demanding? Or did that one go viral because it was THAT tough and got that many people results? I want to put myself through the most strain as possible, and get the best burn/workout that I can.
Right now I’m doing the summer 2024 shred. While the first days were brutal, and my muscles hadn’t been shocked like that in a while (HIIT, core), I’ve noticed that my muscles are already building a tolerance to some of the exercises. I have already seen a reduction in water weight and an increase in stamina/ endurance, I just don’t want to plateau too soon.
I would love any recommendations for programs here (or elsewhere) that either switch it up constantly or get progressively more difficult. Cheers! 😁
