Hey! So i just have a few quick questions about how can i lose weight faster. i'm 5 feet tall, under 18, and i currently weigh roughly 51 kg. i am naturally more curvy, but i would like to lose some excess fat on my stomach and thighs. in 2025 i wasn't careful at all about how i ate, or how much excersize i did, and now in 2026 i have been trying to take my health more seriously. i have finsihed the 2025 weight loss challenge and am currently working on the 2024 weight loss challenge. i have been trying to eat healthier as well, avoiding eating extra sugar and stuff like that. i still live at home so my mom cooks most of my meals so i can't always choose what im eating, so it can be hard to eat as healthy as i would like. i do try not to eat too many extra processed foods, and limit myself to how many desserts i eat. i also try to go for walks every day, my goal for steps is ten thousand per day. everything im doing sounds good, but i haven't really noticed any results. does anyone have any tips on how i can lose weight faster?
