Rest or work out with reallllly bad sunburn?

so i got a horrible sunburn at the waterpark around 2 days ago, and i can only move my arms to a certain extent (they can’t be “tightened” or go above my shoulders) and my upper thighs are burning really bad too. because of this, i’m immobilized for a lot of things (including my workout plan) and i feel like it’s not a good enough excuse, should i keep this break going until the burn hurts less (edited by moderator)
