I just finished my Day 1 of the 2023 Summer Shred Challenge and I feel amazing! I have gradually put on weight over a good decade and have not been taking my health as seriously as I should. Fortunately, I have not had any negative impacts on my health aside from increased fatigue and getting easily winded. Last summer I hit what I thought was my highest weight and worked hard to drop 25 pounds doing my own thing. I moved to another country and have been enjoying the food a bit too much and gained all the weight I lost back and then some more to hit my actual highest of 210.2 lbs. I got back from a trip last week and took some time to plot out what I was going to do next. During this time, I kept seeing weight loss transformation posts from people on YouTube who used Chloe's videos and I can honestly say I was blown away by their results. I believe that if I can do something, then you can do it AND if you can do it, then I can do it. Here is to everyone just starting out, restarting, or even in their maintenance stage regardless if they are here to lose weight, gain muscle, or just be more physicially fit. We can do this! Looking forward to taking it one day at a time.
