Hello!
I've done various chloe ting workouts, but not on a program and am considering starting one.
I've done HIIT workout programs at gyms consistently for the past 4 years, the likes of F45.
But my schedule no longer allows me the luxury to visit gyms on a regular basis :(
Since I've done chloe's vids here and there for a while now, I am considering to commit to one of her workout programs I can do at home to replace my regular gym routine.
I know a lot of her programs are geared toward beginners but is there any recommendation from the community of her programs that will be just as interesting and challenging for person of non-beginner (intermediate/advanced) fitness level?
