Hi guys! I've been religiously doing chloe ting workouts since October and noticed huge changes in my weight (having lost 13kg in total so far) and really feeling a lot more happy in my body (although I'm definitely not at my goal yet). One of the best things I've noticed is that my upper body has really gotten so much stronger and I've been able to do my first few proper push ups in the last couple of weeks! I was just wondering if you guys have a favourite weight loss program that you'd recommend?
