I just want to know if anyone else suffers with gerd reflux during exercising?
i do have gerd, and i’ve learnt to not lie down for 30mins after eating which has helped a lot, but now i’m getting acid reflux while working out and i get scared im going to full on throw up during the workouts. i don’t want to workout less because i genuinely have fun and love exercising.
i do eat breakfast before working out, but i wait at least 30mins before i start. is there any other precautions i should take to avoid it? i also drink water between almost every step because i get out of breath fast(probably the asthma), could that be causing it? should i be taking my reflux medicine before i workout even though it tastes awful?
