Regarding Chloe ting workouts
My question sounds lame but I still need clarity. I am an obese overweight guy and because of budget issue I can't enroll for a gym but one of my female friend told me that I should start with Chloe ting workouts. But I have query, does her workout help build muscle on guys (or will it give me a male physique athletic body) or will it give me no muscle. Because my guy friend who is a gym buff told me that I can't build muscle with her workout and is not most suitable for guys. I aim to build a lean muscle not very muscular physique. So, can guys do her workout and build muscle?
